Shea Street Bldg. Policies and Procedures
 

Submitting a request to reserve a room indicates you have read and agree to these terms:

  • Rooms may only be reserved by current faculty and staff of UHD for meetings related to specific courses, organizations or programs of the college.
  • Rooms may be reserved up to two months in advance (if a greater time frame is needed, please contact our office directly)
  • Reservations will be held for 30 minutes after start time.
  • Your room assignment may change.
  • You must have some form of ID with you when you come to the Davies College of Business Career Center front desk on the 1st floor of the Shea Street building (B104), in order to check out a key. 
  • You may extend your reservation, if there are no other groups waiting to use it.
  • Food and drink must be kept to a minimum, spills must be cleaned immediately and user is responsible for any stains left in the room.
  • Trash must be removed from the room and placed in appropriate receptacles at the end of the session.
  • User is responsible for any damage to the room during their reservation including, but not limited to: furniture, walls, carpet, ceiling, glass, wireless mouse and keyboard.
  • Users should not save files on the desktop and should also be sure to log out of the computer after usage
  • You MUST bring back the key fob to our front desk (B104), at the end of your reservation.
